Up-and-coming Southern Florida alternative metal act LIVEKILL have announced today that they will be releasing their new EP, Turned To Grey, on September 28th, 2018 via SWOL Records. The four-track EP was mixed and mastered by Alastair Sims of MOTTO Sound (Rush, Three Days Grace) at Villa Studios in Canada. The album cover was designed by Eliran Kantor, who is known for his work designing covers for bands like Testament, Soulfly, and Sodom.

The single and lyric video for the album's title track premiered today via New Noise Magazine. and you can check it out below. To pre-order Turned To Grey, you can do so via Amazon, iTunes, and Google Play. Upon release, it can be streamed via Spotify and Apple Music.

In a press release from the band's team, the following was stated in regards to the concept behind the Turned to Grey EP:

"The main inspiration behind the art, title track and EP concept is the lives lost in Hiroshima and more specifically, the story of Shinichi Tetsutani, a three year old boy who lost his life in the atomic bomb strike there. His father buried Shinichi and his tricycle in the backyard, and 40 years later in 1985, dug up his son along with the tricycle, had him properly buried, and donated the tricycle to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Basing some concepts of the EP on this story was not intended to highlight war itself, but rather that any one of us, in a moment so quick, can be nothing more than an imprint left behind."
