Alternative rock act The Wonder Years have unleashed a brand new song, called "Pyramids of Salt", today via Billboard. The track comes from the band's upcoming full-length record, Sister Cities.
In a statement via Billboard, vocalist Dan Campbell explains the following behind the meaning of "Pyramids of Salt":
“‘Pyramids of Salt’ is a song about knowing there's nothing you can do. It centers around the universal feeling of being powerless, of knowing that no matter how much you love someone, that a day is going to come where you can't heal them, where you can't keep them safe.”
