Korn Drummer Ray Luzier Tests Positive for COVID-19; Will Sit Out Next Few Tour Dates

Korn drummer Ray Luzier has tested positive for COVID-19, and will set out the next few tour dates on the band’s current tour with System of a Down. Luzier will be temporarily replaced by Fever 333 drummer Aric Improta.

The statement from the band reads:

“Unfortunately, Ray has tested positive for COVID, and he will not be playing the next three shows in Vegas, Fresno, and Oakland. Korn will be continuing on as scheduled despite these circumstances.”

The band will resume their tour tomorrow night in Las Vegas, NV at the T-Mobile Arena. The tour, featuring System of a Down, Korn, and Russian Circles, will hit the Bay Area on Monday, October 18th at Oakland Arena (find tickets here.)
