The Wonder Years Release New Song, "Old Friends Like Lost Teeth"

The Wonder Years have released a brand new song titled “Old Friends Like Lost Teeth”. The track includes an accompanying music video, and it comes from the band’s forthcoming album The Hum Goes On Forever, which is slated to be released on September 23rd via Hopeless Records.

In a statement announcing the video, the band stated the following:

“‘Old Friends Like Lost Teeth’ is a song about a bad dream. It’s a song about how I can’t stop picking at wounds. It’s a song about the futility of trying to get answers from someone after they’ve already gone.

Ben and his team did an amazing job of capturing that feeling in this video—how, in dreams, people and things change and morph in ways that go entirely unacknowledged, how we beg for a response or an answer that our brains just can’t give us.”
